Position Overview
We are hiring an FP&A Analyst to help transform how financial and operational data is used across the company.

This role goes beyond traditional reporting — you will work directly with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to understand what’s driving performance, surface insights, and help leadership make better decisions.

Reporting to the CFO, this is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will help build reporting infrastructure, improve forecasting accuracy, and play a key role in how the business scales. This role is on-site.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own KPI reporting and dashboards that provide clear, actionable visibility into business performance
• Perform detailed variance analysis and explain the underlying drivers of revenue, cost, and operational changes
• Support revenue forecasting and budgeting, improving accuracy and transparency for leadership
• Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to connect financial outcomes with real business activity
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities — and proactively surface insights that drive action
• Help transition reporting from Excel-based processes to scalable, automated Power BI dashboards
• Contribute to building a more structured, data-driven FP&A function as the company grows

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, Math, or similar)
• 1–3 years of experience in finance, analytics, or a related role
• Advanced Excel skills (comfortable working with large datasets and analyzing trends)
• Strong analytical curiosity — you seek to understand what’s driving the numbers
• Working knowledge of financial concepts (revenue, cost structure, margins, forecasting)
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools
• Background in operations-heavy environments (logistics, transportation, warehousing, or similar)

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary up to $110,000 (based on experience)
• 401(k) with match
• Health insurance, Medical, Vision, Dental
• Paid time off (PTO)
• Basic Company sponsored Life Insurance
• Employee Assistant Program

Why This Role Stands Out

• Work directly with leadership — high exposure to the CFO and decision-makers
• Own meaningful work early — influence decisions, not just reporting
• Build from the ground up — shape dashboards, reporting, and planning processes
• Learn the business deeply — partner with Sales and Operations
